Welcome to the Cuesta Rey Mexico website (hereinafter, "the Site"). By accessing, browsing or using the Site, you agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter, "Terms"). If you do not agree to them, please refrain from using the Site.

This Site is intended exclusively for users over the age of 18, as the marketing of cigars and related products is restricted by law to adults. By using the Site, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

All content available on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos and software, is the property of Cuesta Rey México or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and industrial property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of this content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

• Published prices are subject to change without notice and are valid only for purchases made through the Site.

• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

4.1. Shipping Coverage
We only ship within Mexican territory.

4.2. Shipping costs

• The shipping cost will be $220.00 MXN

• For orders exceeding the amount of $3,000.00 MXN, shipping will be free.

4.3. Delivery times

• Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after purchase is confirmed.

• Estimated delivery time varies between 3 and 7 business days depending on the customer's location.

• In cases of force majeure, such as weather conditions, logistical problems or exceptional situations, the delivery time may be extended.

4.4. Shipment tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

4.5. Conditions of reception
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and accurate address for delivery. Cuesta Rey Mexico will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cuesta Rey Mexico will not be responsible for:

• Damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

• Technical problems, service failures or temporary interruptions of the Site.

• Links to third party sites, which are provided solely as a convenience to the user.

• Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened or manipulated.

• For returns due to factory defects, please contact us within the first 5 business days after receiving the product.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be posted on the Site and will become effective upon posting.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
